The trial
Use the real product, not a demo.
Name the studio and start using the product. No card is required to open the trial. You get two AI program drafts; add a card to generate more and to keep the studio open after seven days. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel or update in the Stripe customer portal.
Time, not seats
If AI drafts two programs a week, that is a day a month back.
The plan is for the studio. Clients, staff, and the branded app are included. You spend the allowance on drafts, reviews, and training — not on extra logins.

Who is Studio Health for?+
Studio owners, personal trainers, gyms, and physio or rehab practices who want clients working in a branded app — and who would rather spend time coaching than rebuilding the week from scratch.
How does the AI actually help?+
It drafts programs from your video library, writes progress reviews, and can learn from documents you train it on. You always edit before a client sees it. Included AI is metered each month so a busy week cannot run away with cost.
Is this a white-label app I have to ship?+
No. Clients use the Studio Health app, dressed in your colours, logos, and feature set. You design the studio on the web. They get your name, palette, videos, and programs without you shipping a separate binary.
How do clients sign in?+
You save their mobile number when you add them. They open the Studio Health app, enter that number, and receive a one-time code. Coaches sign in on the web with email.
What happens after the trial?+
Start a seven-day trial with no card. You get two AI program drafts on the trial; add a card to generate more and to keep the studio open after the seven days. After that, a monthly Studio plan via Stripe. Studio Plus is the same product with five times more AI if you generate a lot. You can manage or cancel in the Stripe portal, and you can enter a promo code at checkout.
Is AI unlimited?+
No. The trial includes two AI program drafts. After you add a card, each plan includes a monthly AI allowance for drafts, reviews, and training. If you hit it, those tools pause until the period resets, or you can move to Studio Plus. Programs, messages, and the client app keep working.
Do you store health records?+
When you enable health tracking, the app reads steps, heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect so the coach can see recovery. It does not write back to the device, and it is not a medical device or a diagnosis tool.
Can I turn features off?+
Yes. Programs, the video library, health, diet, hero video, promotions, and booking are all toggles. A physio studio and a strength gym should not have to look the same.
